Beginning in July 2024, the District will no longer be placing notices on the doors of customers subject to an impending meter shutoff. The District will continue to send the urgent notice letter indicating that a customer’s water and/or sewer bill is delinquent and that water service will be disconnected if payment is not received before the designated shutoff date. The District will also continue to send phone messages before the shutoff date to those customers with telephone numbers on file. You are encouraged to set up auto-pay with the District so that bill payments are handled electronically.
